Malfunctioning Student ID Card - For Attendance

In the attempt of using your Student ID for attendance, and an error message is received, immediately inform your instructor so that your attendance can be taken manually.

You will then need to submit a support ticket to "Technology Support" to re-calibrate card. Select “EMS”; Select “Bug Fix”; include your Student ID number, your Student ID Card number (located on the backside of the card), course number, room number in the text of ticket and whether class has been added in the past two days.
