Online Application/Payment Problems

If your application payment is not going through, please check the format of your phone numbers and social security number in the form. These numbers need to be entered in XXX-XXX-XXXX format, and the error message for it is not obvious.

Please also check the formats of any other numbers (zip codes, dates, etc.) in the form.  When there is a required format it is listed to the right of the field.  Formatting errors in the application form are the most common reason for the payment form not working.

If your credit card has a foreign address you may need to do a wire transfer.  Please submit a request for the Accounting Department to get assistance.

If your phone number does not follow the XXX-XXX-XXXX format you may need to do a wire transfer.  Please submit a request for the Accounting Department to get assistance.

    I got an email from the accounting office stated that my payment is pending and after Monday 9pm, my classes will be dropped. I want to notify that I paid the whole amount on 12/10 reflecting on online Banking and the text message. I will be out of the country till January 1st and may not be able to contact ITU. I am requesting ITU authority to hold the action since I paid the amount. In addition, I have my own health insurance and don't need to pay for health insurance.
